Henn Automotive opened its doors in January 1999. Mike Henn had a dream of owning his own auto repair facility since he was a kid. His passion for cars and trucks developed into a business when he was only 25 years old. He and his wife Susan picked the location, built the building and started with a staff of two technicians. Now many years later there is a staff of ten technicians and a full time receptionist. Mike treats his customers with the respect he would expect and fixes only what is needed or requested by the customer. We want your car to run safely and efficiently, which in the end saves you money.

OUR PHILOSOPHY: When you need a car repair or a maintenance service, it generally is not convenient, so we want to make the experience as trouble-free as possible. We want to educate our customers on what is needed or potential problems with their vehicle. We know our customers adoring relationship with their vehicle and fixing them can be costly and stressful.
Let us take the guesswork out of your car repairs!

Mike and Susan believe there are so many great causes and non-profit organizations in the area. They especially like to help those that are education based. Henn donates to Waxhaw Elementary, Cuthbertson, Boy Scouts and Cub Scouts Pack 53 to name a few. Most of the couple’s volunteer time is spent at Union Academy Charter School in Monroe, where their two children attend. Mike assists with construction projects at UA and Susan is the Treasurer on the UA Foundation Board. She is on the committee that runs UA’s auction that raises over $250,000 for the school annually. “It’s for the kids” is their belief because the kids are tomorrow’s leaders.
